**After WhatsApp.** LINE opens after WhatsApp. Email works today, with the same contacts, brand and approval.

## Two actions from connecting to the first send.

1. **Connect your Official Account.** A secure link opens a Tellnod page where you paste your channel ID and secret, never into the chat. It takes about a minute.
2. **Write a sentence, or start from an email.** Tellnod builds a card, a carousel or a Flex message from your words, or converts an email draft. Save the parts you reuse as modules.
3. **Choose who gets it.** All friends, a segment, or the people who didn’t open last week’s email.
4. **See the quota, then confirm.** The confirmation card shows the chat preview, the recipients, how much of your monthly quota the send uses and any extra cost. Only you can press Confirm.
5. **Read the results.** Sends, views and clicks come back to the same chat. LINE hides view and click counts below 20.

## Every LINE message type, without a designer.

- **Text and stickers.** Up to 5,000 characters, with LINE stickers.
- **Images and video.** Product photos and short clips.
- **Card.** An image, a title, a short text and one button.
- **Carousel.** Up to ten cards side by side, or a Flex carousel of up to twelve.
- **Buttons and confirm.** One to four buttons, or a yes and no question.
- **Imagemap.** One image with up to 50 areas that each open a link.
- **Rich menu.** The menu at the bottom of your chat, planned in a sentence.

## LINE’s plan, with nothing added.

- A message counts once for every friend it reaches. Replies, auto-replies and greeting messages don’t count.
- LINE bills you directly. Tellnod adds no markup per message.
- The card warns you when less than 10% of your monthly quota is left.
- A send that would go over your quota is stopped before it goes out.

## LINE’s rules, built in.

- **Friends only.** LINE messages go to people who added your account as a friend. Adding you is their opt-in; blocking you stops LINE messages only.
- **One stop for every channel.** A complaint on any channel stops marketing on all of them.
- **Friends linked to contacts.** Customers can link their LINE to their email contact with a one-time code, so one person is one contact, not two.
- **Quota guard.** Tellnod counts the quota a send will use and stops it before it would go over.
- **Your secrets stay out of the chat.** The channel secret goes into a Tellnod page over a link that expires in 30 minutes, never into the conversation.
- **Friends from before.** Tellnod reaches the friends LINE shares after you connect. Reaching earlier friends needs a verified or premium account and comes later.

## FAQ

### Do I need a LINE Official Account?

Yes. Any plan works, including the free one. Tellnod connects to it with your channel ID and secret.

### Which countries does LINE suit?

Taiwan, Japan and Thailand, where LINE is the main chat app. The cost estimate knows each country’s plans.

### How are messages counted?

Each send counts once per friend it reaches, against the quota in your LINE plan. Replies and greeting messages are free.

### Can I reuse my email designs?

Yes. Ask Tellnod to convert an email draft into a LINE card or carousel, then change what you like before it sends.

### Can the AI send LINE messages on its own?

No. The AI prepares the send and only you can press Confirm on the card.
