## What Tellnod does for you

| Task | Without Tellnod | With Tellnod |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Brand setup | Upload a logo, pick colors and fonts, build a template | Say "Set up my brand from myshop.com"; logo, colors, fonts and sender name are read from your site |
| Audience | Learn a segment builder and its filters | Describe it: "customers who haven't ordered in 60 days". Tellnod counts it and removes unsubscribed contacts |
| Copy and layout | Write in an editor, place every block | The assistant drafts it in your brand; ask for changes in plain words |
| Previews and tests | Send test emails to yourself and check each device | Desktop and mobile previews in the chat, plus a test send to you |
| Compliance | Add the unsubscribe link, postal address and consent records yourself | Added to every campaign automatically, with one-click unsubscribe headers |
| Deliverability | Configure DNS, warm up the domain, watch complaint rates | DNS records provided and checked, gradual ramp-up, automatic pause if complaints pass 0.1% |
| Results | Open a reporting dashboard | A results card in the chat: delivered, opens, clicks, unsubscribes, bounces, and orders once your store is connected |
| Sending | Press send in the dashboard | **You press Confirm on the card.** That step stays yours |

## Why the last step is not automatic

A marketing email cannot be unsent, and it goes out under your name. So Tellnod automates everything up to the send and stops there: the assistant prepares the campaign, the confirmation card shows the audience, exclusions and send time, and only your click schedules it. You can still cancel until it goes out. See [security](https://tellnod.com/security).

## Automated flows: coming later

Rule-based flows such as a welcome series, cart reminders, win-back and birthday emails are on the roadmap, not available at launch. When they arrive, they will keep the same principle: nothing sends on a rule you have not approved.

Until then, every one of those campaigns takes one request in the chat. Start from a template: [welcome after a first order](https://tellnod.com/templates/thank-you-first-order), [cart reminder](https://tellnod.com/templates/abandoned-cart), [win-back](https://tellnod.com/templates/win-back), [birthday offer](https://tellnod.com/templates/birthday-offer).

## A weekly routine that takes one conversation

1. "What should I send this week?" The assistant suggests a campaign, using the results of your recent ones.
2. "Draft it for customers who bought in the last 90 days." You get a preview and a recipient count.
3. "Send me a test." Check it on your phone.
4. Press Confirm. Next week, ask "How did it do compared with last time?"

## FAQ

### Does Tellnod automate email marketing?

It automates the work: brand setup, segments, copy, previews, compliance and deliverability safeguards. It does not send on its own. You confirm every campaign on a card, and automated flows are planned for later.

### Can I set up a welcome series or abandoned cart flow?

Not yet. Automated flows are on the roadmap. Today you send these as campaigns to a segment, starting from a template.

### How is this different from Klaviyo or Mailchimp automation?

Those platforms let you build flows in their dashboards. Tellnod is for shops that have no marketing tool yet: the assistant does the setup and the drafting in the chat you already use, and you approve each send. See the [comparisons](https://tellnod.com/compare).
